This website is operated by Net Return Europe, the exclusive distributor of Net Return in Europe. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Net Return Europe.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services.

These Terms of Use apply to any contractual relationship between Net Return Europe and each visitor (“Customer”, “you”) purchasing goods or services via www.thenetreturneurope.eu.

Use of www.thenetreturneurope.eu implies acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, you must leave the website immediately.

4. General Use of the Website

Access: Use is reserved for adults, or minors with parental consent. Some services may require registration.

Prohibited behaviours: Users may not (i) commit illegal acts; (ii) misuse data or impersonate others; (iii) publish offensive, hateful, racist, immoral, or privacy-violating content; (iv) publish political, religious, or sensitive personal data; (v) publish content harming GG Dis Sàrl or Net Return Europe.

5. Miscellaneous Provisions

Intellectual Property: All website content (layout, texts, logos, illustrations, design) is the property of Net Return Europe and protected by law. Reproduction without prior written authorization is forbidden.

Liability: Use of the site is at the User’s own risk. We are not responsible for damages caused by technical failures, viruses, or third-party links. Liability is limited to direct damages; indirect damages (loss of data, profit, opportunity) are excluded.

6. Disclaimer

Users agree to indemnify Net Return Europe against any claims, damages, or costs arising from (i) content they publish; (ii) infringement of third-party rights; (iii) illegal or fraudulent site use.

7. Jurisdiction

All disputes are governed by Luxembourg law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Luxembourg courts.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

Art. 1 – Purpose

These Terms govern online sales of Net Return Europe products via www.thenetreturneurope.eu within Europe.

Art. 2 – Products / Prices

Products: Available subject to stock. Photos are illustrative and may differ slightly. In case of unavailability, customers may cancel or wait.

Prices: Indicated in Euros, VAT included in the Eurozone. For non-EU destinations, prices are VAT-excluded; local VAT/import taxes are due before delivery.

Shipping Costs: €10 to €1,500 depending on product and destination.

Art. 3 – Order Validation

Orders require completion of identification, confirmation of selection, and payment. Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these terms and proof of transaction.

Art. 4 – Delivery

Standard items: delivery within 10 working days. Customized items: indicative delivery times. Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery. Contracts may be cancelled if delivery exceeds 60 days (except customized items).

Art. 5 – Right of Withdrawal
  • The consumer has 14 calendar days to return, at their own expense, any product(s) ordered, without penalty and without the need to provide a reason.
  • Returned products must:
    • Be in their original packaging.
    • Be unopened, unused, and not unsealed.
    • Be in perfect condition, suitable for resale.
    • Include all original accessories and a copy of the invoice.
  • Exclusions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized items; goods that cannot be returned due to their nature or risk of deterioration; audio/video/computer software unsealed by the buyer; items sold under special promotions or seasonal reductions.
  • If the above conditions are met, the purchaser will be reimbursed within 14 calendar days of withdrawal.
Art. 6 – Payment

Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, bank transfer. Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment.

Art. 7 – Warranty

Legal warranty of 2 years against non-conformity. Defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery. Within 6 months of delivery, the burden of proof lies with the seller.

Art. 8 – Data Protection

Personal data is required for order processing and invoicing. Customers may request correction by written request with ID. Processing is governed by Luxembourg Data Protection law.

Art. 9 – Intellectual Property

All site elements are the property of GG Dis Sàrl / Net Return Europe. Any reproduction without prior written consent is forbidden.

Art. 10 – Miscellaneous

Force Majeure: no liability for events beyond control (strikes, floods, fire, viruses). Partial Invalidity: invalid clauses do not affect others. Entire Contract: these Terms + order confirmation form the contract. Applicable Law: Luxembourg law; Luxembourg courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
